What happens when a user is deactivated in the "Manage Users" tab?
The user loses access, but their data remains stored.
When a user is deactivated in the “Manage Users” tab, their access to the platform is immediately removed. However, all data linked to that user — such as reports, analyses, and usage history — remains stored in the account. This ensures data integrity and allows for the user to be reactivated in the future without any data loss.
